Description

Open procedure pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 60 and art. 112 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the cleaning service with reduced environmental impact of Insiel offices and ancillary services as better specified in the tender documents. The Service shall be carried out in compliance with the prescriptions contained in the tender documentation, as well as with the regulations in force regarding prevention, safety, hygiene and protection of workers' health in the workplace, and in compliance with the CAM for the "entrusting of the cleaning service and the supply of hygiene products" (approved by Ministerial Decree dated 24.5.Participation in this tendering procedure, in accordance with Article 112 of the Code, is reserved for economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons who commit at least 30 % of disabled or disadvantaged workers to the performance of the contract. Persons with disabilities are those referred to in art. 1 of Law no. 68/1999 and disadvantaged persons those referred to in art. 4 of Law no. 381/1991. The above requirement must be declared when certifying the possession of the general participation requirements and documented when checking them, attaching a copy of the memorandum and articles of association showing that the main purpose of the participant is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people. For economic operators that are social cooperatives as per art. 1, paragraph 1, letter b) of Law no. 381/1991, the fulfilment of the requirements is demonstrated by registration in the appropriate section of the regional register of social cooperatives, section b). The duration of the contract is set at 24 months plus 12 optional months and a maximum of 6 months of technical extension limited to the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary to identify a new contractor.The maximum estimated value of the contract is EUR 801 080,00 (EUR eight hundred and one thousand eighty/00), net of VAT and/or other statutory taxes and contributions, broken down as follows:- EUR 444 320,00 for cleaning and environmental hygiene service for 24 months,- EUR 222 160,00 for activation of cleaning and environmental hygiene service option for 12 months,- EUR 18 000,00 for activation of the option of entrusting similar services for extraordinary cleaning activities,- EUR 111 080,00 for technical extension for a maximum of 6 months,- EUR 5 520,00 for non-reduced security charges arising from interference risks.
