Description

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (a list of areas covered by the service, with indication of the location of offices, as well as the scope of activities and obligations under the internal and external cleaning services) has been defined in the Agreement and in the Annexes to the Terms of Reference.
The areas covered by the cleaning service listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract are as follows:- 4 989 m2 for the internal areas of the Mazovian Regional Branch. During execution of the contract, the Contractor shall use cleaning agents, disinfectants, cleaning and disinfecting agents as well as hygienic and sanitary materials ensuring maintenance of sanitary hygiene required by the Ordering Party, and appropriate for the installed containers and dispensers. All the above-mentioned agents must be of appropriate quality, effective in use, widely available and used on the market, as well as have the appropriate attestations and certificates of approval for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable law in this regard, the safety of use, health and environmental protection. Window cleaning should take place under the supervision of the Contractor's representative. Employees carrying out work related to window cleaning, if necessary, should be equipped with equipment ensuring their safety during the service (e.g. harnesses and/or protective helmets). At the request of the Purchaser, the Contractor shall provide information on the quality and parameters of the tools, materials and agents used, and shall make available the relevant attestations (certificates), certificates or equivalent documents certifying and confirming the declared quality and parameters, and their compliance with the standards for admission to use.Cleaning agents, disinfectants and cleaning and disinfecting agents as well as hygienic and sanitary materials will be delivered and supplemented according to current needs in order to ensure proper performance of cleaning services.Supplied cleaning agents must be new, not previously used, free from physical defects, marked on the packaging in Polish.Contractor is obliged to maintain the cleanliness of cloths, mops, brushes and other accessories used for cleaning (accessories can not bear signs of complete wear and cannot emit unpleasant odor) - by current washing and periodic replacement.Contractor is obliged to provide cleaning persons with protective gloves, unless it provides employees with hand disinfectants and antiviral masks covering the mouth/nose for the duration of the epidemiological condition.All information regarding the subject of the contract has been included in the Terms of Reference. The areas covered by the cleaning service listed in the detailed description of the subject of the contract are respectively: - 21 829 m2 for internal surfaces of 37 District Offices and - 10 284 m2 for external surfaces, which gives a total of 37 102 m2 of internal and external surfaces. During execution of the contract, the Contractor shall use cleaning agents, disinfectants, cleaning and disinfecting agents, as well as hygienic and sanitary materials that guarantee the maintenance of sanitary hygiene required by the Contractor, and that are appropriate to the installed containers and dispensers. All the above-mentioned agents must be of appropriate quality, effective in use, commonly available and used on the market, and have the appropriate approvals and certificates of approval for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable law in this regard, safety of use, health and environmental protection.The Contractor shall use his own equipment and materials (i.e. sand, salt, mower, snow removal tools, etc.) for all activities related to maintaining order outside. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide, at his own expense, a container for collection and removal of grass cuttings, collected leaves and branches at a frequency resulting from the need to empty the trash container. The Contractor shall transport at his own expense excess snow from the premises of the Employer's facility in the event that the snow pile exceeds 60 cm in height.
