The services are the maintenance cleaning in the property of the BGW district administration Magdeburg.the BGW is tenant in the Keplerstraße 12.the rented premises are located in the 1st floor to 4th floor.the areas to be cleaned contain exclusively the areas rented by the BGW and amount to a net floor space of approx. 2 315.87 m2 (HNF = approx. 1 668.45 m2, NNF = approx. 315.91 m2 and VF = approx. 331.51 m2).glass cleaning includes the interior cleaning of glass partitions, furniture and built-in parts.window and frame cleaning is not part of this tender.
