PART 1 - ENLARGED BODYWORK OFFICE AND SOCIAL BUILDINGThe planned measure is Part 1- New construction of office and social building NordwasserThe office/social building is planned as the future heart of the site.It is designed as a corner building and forms the formative prelude when entering the central base.For 125-150 employees it offers the necessary changing rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, break/meeting rooms, foremen's offices and laundry and drying rooms.Subject of the contract Part 1 Extended shell of office and social buildingThe subject of the contract is the construction of a solidly built three-story building on an existing floor slab (Lot 1 - already implemented).The building is L-shaped with central corridor access, two building wings and staircase connector.It has the dimensions of approx. 35 x 55 m with a built-up area of approx. 950 m² and a hatchery volume of approx. 10570 m³.The construction is a mixed construction with masonry / reinforced concrete walls and filigree ceilings and reinforced concrete flat roof.
