Description

General contractor services (GU) for the construction of a new service and administration building incl. outdoor facilities for the Stadtwerke Radolfzell.The building is to be realized as a 5-story service and administration building in concrete-wood hybrid construction with a total GFA of approx. 3,500 m² in Radolfzell on Lake Constance.
The services to be awarded are to be provided by a general contractor as a complete turnkey general contractor service including outdoor facilities. In cooperation with a general planner, Stadtwerke Radolfzell has already prepared a general planning up to and including service phase 5 (accompanying construction) in accordance with HOAI, on the basis of which the execution must take place. The services for civil engineering and foundation work have already been completed as early work.
