Autobahn GmbH des Bundes intends to award contracts for the following services:Occupational medical care for approx. 9,000 employees of Autobahn GmbH des Bundes in accordance with the law on company doctors, safety engineers and other specialists for occupational safety (ASiG) or DGUV regulation 2 "Company physicians and specialists for occupational safety" and the ordinance on occupational medical precautions (ArbMedVV) as well as examinations according to the Driver's Permit Ordinance (FeV) and other necessary, e.g. employment examinations resulting from the collective bargaining law, examinations to determine the activity-related operational capability and assessments.
Occupational medical care for approx. 9,000 employees of Autobahn GmbH des Bundes in accordance with the law on company doctors, safety engineers and other specialists for occupational safety (ASiG) or DGUV regulation 2 "Company doctors and specialists for occupational safety" and the ordinance on occupational medical precautions (ArbMedVV) as well as examinations in accordance with the Driver Permit Ordinance (FeV) and other necessary, e.g. resulting from collective bargaining law. This also includes contents such as active participation (with lectures) in information and further training events for managers and employees as well as in procedures of company reintegration management according to SGB IX. The basic care and company-specific care requirements for each branch are set out in Appendix 1.The services are to be provided at the following individual locations and master craftsmen's workshops at the head office and the branches:List of locations: see Appendix 2 (locations excluding the eastern branch) and 3 (eastern branch).The main areas of occupational health care, details, in particular locations, number of employees, type and number of services required in each case, etc. can be found in the description of services and the appendices attached.The personnel numbers and locations listed in Appendix 2 and 3 correspond to the current status planned for 2021. The number of personnel may change by 5 - 10 % during the term of the contract. In addition, the number of sites may change slightly. 8 lots are to be awarded in this invitation to tender. These 8 lots each represent a spatial area and are divided into headquarters and 7 branch office areas with their respective locations according to Annex 2. Each lot includes the support of all locations in the area of the respective branches and the support of the headquarters of Autobahn GmbH des Bundes. The overview of the division of the scope of services into lots is shown in Annex 1a.
