With more than 4.5 million insured persons, AOK Bayern - Die Gesundheitskasse is the largest statutory health insurance fund in the Free State of Bavaria and the fourth largest in Germany. AOK Bayern positions itself on the market with the values of health, proximity and simplicity.The aim of AOK Bayern is to secure and expand its position as the leading statutory health insurance fund through individual services and innovative products in the health market, as well as to retain its current customers and win new ones.The subject of the tender is the provision and support of measuring devices as part of health days of AOK Bayern in accordance with § 20b of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V). The aim of AOK Bayern's health days is to promote the health of employees. To this end, the AOK Bavaria organises health days for the target group of employees in the working environment setting and the various target groups in the living environment setting on request and in consultation with facilities that are supervised by the AOK Bavaria. All persons belonging to the facility can participate, regardless of whether they are insured by AOK Bayern. The health days also aim to present information on health topics and to raise awareness of one's own health. For this purpose, measuring devices are used, among other things, which measure various health parameters and represent an objective ACTUAL state. The measurements taken with the measuring devices are not diagnostic or therapeutic services, but only serve to raise awareness of one's own health. The use of measuring devices within the framework of the Health Days is planned by AOK Bayern and, if necessary, commissioned from the contractor. The commissioning, organisation and arrangements are made between the respective AOK Bayern directorate and the contractor. The contractor guarantees the logistics for the provision and support of the respective measuring device and the additional required material at the agreed place of use and at the time of use.
