Description

EMCO intends to enter into a framework agreement with respect to the supply of work clothing, safety clothing and personal protective equipment for EMCO employees. Orthopaedic work shoes fall outside the scope of this tendering procedure.
EMCO spends approximately EUR 110,000 (excl. VAT) annually on work clothing. No guarantee can be given to the Contractor in advance with regard to purchase volume due to fluctuating use. Purchasing is expected to remain the same for the coming years. No rights can be derived from this expectation. This means that if, in the execution of the order, the actual purchase lags behind - regardless of the extent to which this is the case - this is entirely at the risk of the contractor.
