Description
This document contains information required to take part in the public European tendering procedure for the conclusion of a Purchase and Supply Agreement with one Contractor relating to the supply of industrial clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment (pbm's), including the maintenance and industrial cleaning of the industrial clothing for the Limburg Water Board Company (hereinafter: WBL).
The value of the order per year is estimated at between € 50,000 and € 75,000 excluding VAT. In order not to have any discussions about whether or not it is compulsory to initiate new tenders, it is theoretically possible for Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg to purchase an average of up to € 300,000 excluding VAT per calendar year. Please note, however, that this is a theoretical maximum. However, no rights can be derived from this by Tenderers. It concerns an indication.
