Canada - NRFP IPD Kamloops Centre for the Arts - General Contractor

Description

This Request for Proposals  is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (City) to prospective General Contractors to submit proposals for Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) Services for the Kamloops Centre for the Arts as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars.  The selected proponent will be requested to enter direct contract negotiations to finalize an interim agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The terms and conditions found in the Interim Agreement  are to form the basis for commencing negotiations between the City and the selected proponent.The interim agreement shall be in place until the IPD team finalizes and executes on the Poly-party Agreement  which will supersede the Interim Agreement. The term of the Interim Agreement shall be in effect until the Poly-party Agreementis executed.
