You must be able to:

deliver reliable and high-speed connectivity (400G core and 10G to users)
integrate the new wired network with the existing wired network infrastructure
set up a new core to act as the disaster recovery (DR) site of the new core including decommission the existing DR site
apply and obtain new information security certificates

You must also able to conduct proof of concept tests on the new core network, which include:

migrating one of the existing tenants
integrating with the upcoming IoT platform,
integrating with the new Wi-Fi network infrastructure, servers, and storages of new multi-cloud platform
