United States - NOFA for Texas Opioid Abatement Fund Council Naloxone Program Grant

The Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts (“Comptroller”), Texas Opioid Abatement Fund Council (“OAFC”) announces
its Notice of Funding Availability and Request for Applications No. OAFC-24-0001
(“NOFA”) from qualified firms or individuals to perform statewide distribution
of naloxone and training of entities on administering naloxone, including training
on airway clearance techniques and program status reporting. Each individual or firm submitting an application
in response to this NOFA (“Application”) shall be referred to as a “Respondent.”
It is expected that one award will be made from this NOFA.
 
The anticipated schedule of events pertaining to this solicitation
is as follows:  Issuance of NOFA – February
27, 2024, after 10:00 a.m. CT; Questions Due – March 18, 2024, 2:00 p.m. CT; Official
Responses to Questions posted – April 2, 2024; Applications Due – May 7, 2024.  Comptroller
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates listed for the
anticipated schedule of events.  Any
amendment to this solicitation will be posted on the ESBD as a RFA Addendum. The
complete NOFA is attached to this Notice. 
Closing Date: Applications must be submitted through the OAFC’s electronic
Grant Management System no later than Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
