To provide Heating Plant Upgrades to our Vincent Massey Public School is located at 15 Janey Ave, in North Bay, ON.The project includes but is not limited to:Mechanical:1. Remove six existing cast iron boilers. Replace with 5 condensing boilers complete with new venting, piping, valves, control, etcElectrical:1. Disconnect mechanical equipment for removal.2. Provide power to new mechanical equipment as shown on drawings.
