Nature of Requirements:
Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer for the supply of Heavy Duty Food Service Equipment and Miscellaneous Commercial Kitchen Accessories in accordance with Annex A - Requirement, for use by any Federal Identified User and Provincial/Territorial Identified User, including areas subject to Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA), on an "as and when requested" basis
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO), excludes locations within Yukon, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.
Below is a list of provinces and territories who have shown interest in making call-ups against the Standing Offer:
Ontario
Nova Scotia
Manitoba
New Brunswick
British Columbia
Only Authorized Users will be authorized to issue Call-ups against the Standing Offer(s). A list of Authorized Users will be provided at A6.6 Authorized Users from Part 6.
Period of NMSO will be from 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2027.
