Description

Conclusion of a framework agreement on the implementation of personnel marketing measures in print and online media for a period of 4 years (1.4.2020 to 31.3.2024). For the award procedure 2 lots will be formed. On the one hand, lot 1 shows the placement of obituaries, since little media advice is required for this service. The obituaries are mostly to be placed in regional newspapers, but if necessary also in national newspapers. In addition, each lot will contain a miscellaneous item so that it will also be possible to book circuits in media that were not listed in the specifications at the time the contract was awarded. Lot 1: Obituaries or the like in regional and national daily newspapers and print media including online placement. Regional and national media print and online other: Further channels and measures relating to the placement of obituaries or the like. Conclusion of a framework agreement on the implementation of personnel marketing measures in print and online media for a period of 4 years (1.4.2020 to 31.3.2024). The placement of regional and supra-regional personnel marketing measures in print and online media is shown in lot 2. These can include: Placement of image or job advertisements, radio and out-of-home advertising, online advertising in the Google or Facebook network, as well as the placement of employer presences in social networks. The recruitment of hard-to-fill positions (e.g. physicians, IT specialists, psychologists) will also be covered in this lot by advertisements in special specialist journals. Media consulting plays a special role here. In addition, each lot will contain a miscellaneous item so that it will also be possible to book circuits in media that were not listed in the specifications at the time the contract was awarded. Lot 2: Regional and national personnel marketing measures. Personnel marketing measures for special target groups:- Target groups: junior staff, trainees and career changers as well as special recruitment groups such as doctors, IT, top management (senior executives), psychologists, engineers, regional and national media, print and online media, personnel image advertisements, job advertisements, advertising in the Google and Facebook network, banner advertising, in-app advertising, advertising in social media/social networks, placement of employer presences (e.g. B. Xing, Ausbildung.de, etc.),- online job exchanges,- radio advertising,- out-of-home advertising,- advertising in local and long-distance public transport,- media consulting and implementation of a target-group-specific advertising strategy in a specific period of time (including consulting on the type and number of media and the media channel),- other: all other channels and measures for the placement of personal advertising measures.
