The intention is to commission according to the new RBBau of:
- Services object planning buildings and interiors according to part 3, section 1, HOAI (2021), BIM method,
from LPH 3 (pro rata), LPH 5-8 as a phased contract (service level 1 antlg. for FPU, LS 2-3 antlg. FPU, LS 3-4 execution)
Brief description of the measure:
The property Admiral-Brommy-Kaserne (ABK, formerly Marine Operations School (MOS)) Bremerhaven is located at Elbestr. 101 in 27570 Bremerhaven
The Naval Operations School (MOS) on the property provides technical and operational training for non-commissioned officers, petty officers and officers.
The MOS is also responsible for the tactical training of officers, type-specific system training and training components for aircrew.
Planning, preparing, controlling, monitoring and carrying out basic training for tactical and operational missions complete the MOS's mission.
In addition to the shipyard support platoon (WLUstgZ), there are also other units stationed on the property.
As part of a property comparison for accommodation, a requirement of 150 accommodation rooms was identified for the dockyard support platoon. With the construction of the new accommodation building 29, only part of the requirements of the dockers were met. With the new construction of the shipyard berth building 29-2 for the accommodation of naval personnel during maintenance projects, the demand is finally covered.

In the rear area of the property, the new shipyard building (accommodation building)
with 150 residential units (WE) is to be erected. A straight-lined, clear structure in four-storey solid construction with a hipped roof is planned in line with the existing buildings on the MOS property.
There is no development plan for the property.
The front area of the plot offers a reserve area for a further accommodation building.
The rear area will be laid out as a green space.
