Failure to comply with BC Bid requirements is at the supplier’s own risk and BC Hydro does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of such non-compliance, including the supplier’s inability to submit a response to this or any other BC Hydro opportunity. *** Opportunity Details ***With an expanding BC Hydro capital plan primarily driven by electrification, shorter timelines to deliver capital projects, and tight availability of construction contractor resources, BC Hydro is looking for an efficient and quicker way to secure external construction resources to support the delivery of the capital plan.BC Hydro intends to set up a Station Capital Construction Program (“Program”) and to allocate certain capital construction work in the Program. As a pilot, the Program will include capital construction work in substations in the Lower Mainland. BC Hydro may expand the Program, within the 3-year pilot period or beyond, to any other capital construction work in any of the BC Hydro facilities across the province.Delivery or completion date is November 2027This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All responses should be in English.
