MKL wishes to select one fixed partner who will be put out to tender via a framework agreement for:maintenance and day-to-day operational management of the current (W)LAN infrastructure as well as the linked IT security components in the network environment.The tenderer is expected to pay a lot of attention to manageability, quality of the whole and cost efficiency.MKL vzw is looking for a network architect for the management of maintenance and licence contracts (incl. 3rd parties) and escalation, so as to be able to provide all-in support and service MKL vzw is looking for an integrator who can:- maintain the existing environment- develop a vision of the future- translate this vision into a plan of approachMKL vzw works together with other partners to manage the storage and server environment, client-facing IT equipment and the Citrix environment. The tenderer will be expected to fit the support and management of the installed network equipment and security components into the current 24/7 scenario of MKL vzw, where each party has its own responsibility.
