Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of switches and accessories specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment". The offered Equipment must be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production - not earlier than 2020), be in the manufacturer's current offer as of the date of submission of tenders, have appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the Equipment to be sold and used in Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the Equipment, its delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of switches and accessories specified in Annex 2 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as "the Equipment". The offered Equipment must be brand new and unused, coming from the current production (year of production - not earlier than 2020), be in the manufacturer's current offer as of the date of submitting bids, have appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the Equipment to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the Equipment, its delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment 2 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).4) Contract completion date: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.5) The required minimum warranty period for the offered Equipment is: 24 months.6) The required servus response time - up to 4 working days from the moment of reporting a defect.
