Description

The subject matter of the contract is: extension of the system of centralized UTM devices in the courts of the area of appeal of Rzeszów, within the scope and in the manner defined in the Terms of Reference. The list of technical and functional parameters with a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and a list of assortment and quantity is presented in Attachments 1 and 1.1 and 1.2 to this SWZ. The required service and implementation conditions for the delivered equipment, including warranty, are specified in Attachments 1 and 1.1 and 1.2 to this SWZ and in the Specimen Contract. The equipment subject to this procedure must be brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than in 2021, complete, equipped with technical elements required for start-up, ready to operate without any additional purchases, not encumbered with third party rights and coming from official sales channels in Poland.
The subject of the order is extension of the centralized UTM devices in the courts of the Rzeszów Court of Appeals. Within the extension of the existing environment, it is necessary to provide and implement an authentication, authorization and access control system based on FortiAuthenticator or an equivalent solution, which is to increase the security of the enterprise by simplifying and centralizing management and storing user information used during authentication. This system for authentication, authorization and access control is to serve as a central user authentication database. It is intended to control user access through a variety of authentication mechanisms such as two-factor authentication, identity verification, and network access control. As an extension of the existing unified environment securing the court network, a FortiSandbox-based advanced threat protection system or a solution equivalent to the advanced threat protection system is also to be delivered and implemented. The advanced threat protection system is to constitute a key element of a broader, integrated security environment, specializing in combating advanced malware and APT threats (serious threats to the security of corporate networks). The system is to consolidate specialized threat detection and data analysis services across different protocols and functions, creating a unified tool with excellent performance. The core of the solution is to be a two-tier, sandboxed application runtime environment that can effectively cope with increasingly sophisticated ways of carrying out attacks requiring advanced detection techniques. It is required that the advanced threat protection system is fully integrated with FortiGate devices possessed by the courts in order to provide advanced threat detection and avoidance functions.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Attachment No. 1 (1.1 and 1.2) to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).Within the scope of this proceeding, the Contractor shall deliver, install and configure all devices and software in IT Branch II of the Court of Appeals in Rzeszów, seated in Krosno.
