Description

It is looking for:

Geotechnical investigations services required to obtain the soil information at an offshore Wind Farm Zone. This soil information will be made available to the participants in the concession tenders for this offshore wind farm zone.

The tender is divided in 2 lots:

Lot number 1 (25 to 35% of total value)
- executing seabed Piezo Cone Penetration Tests (PCPT) campaign with a target depth of 50 to 60 metres

Lot number 2 ((65 to 75% of total value)
- executing continuous sampling PCPT boreholes (with a target depth of 50 to 80m) and seismic PCPT boreholes (with a target depth of 50 to 60m)
- vibrocoring
- microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) testing
- a laboratory testing programme (cyclic and static) on the obtained soil samples
- creating a detailed geological ground model

The total value of this tender is estimated at £3.5 million excluding value added tax (VAT).
