Negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 12 KonzVgV in conjunction with Section 14 para. § Section 14 (2), (3) VgV to determine a network operator for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model in the following expansion areas in accordance with the directive "Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of March 31, 2023 (hereinafter "Federal Gigabit Directive 2.0"), including the ancillary provisions specified in the provisional grant notification (available for download in the download area of the project management organization https://gigabit-projekttraeger.de/downloads/). According to the results of the market exploration, the addresses in the development area advertised are eligible underserved addresses within the meaning of the Federal Government's Gigabit Directive 2.0. For this reason, a nationwide gigabit network (network with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbit/s symmetrically for all end users of the tendered addresses) is to be established in the underserved areas, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double.The client has already received a provisional grant notification, but the notification of the final amount of the grant is still pending and requires the successful completion (secured network operation) of this tender procedure and the submission of all necessary documents for the final amount of the grant notification.
