Description

The NRCB is looking for a vendor to provide information technology management services.

The vendor will manage the NRCB’s IT environment consistently with best practices in the IT industry to achieve a high level of cloud service, server and network availability, a fast network speed, a high level of security, and a high level of user satisfaction with the help desk service.

The vendor will provide the IT helpdesk services from the vendor’s office and conduct as much support as practical to the NRCB offices via remote access control. The vendor will provide onsite support as required to the NRCB offices.

To manage the NRCB’s IT environment, the vendor will:
A. annually assess the design of the NRCB’s IT environment
B. operate and maintain the NRCB’s IT environment by providing the following services:
1. managing IT assets and cloud environment, including procuring IT assets and maintaining software subscription
2. ensuring the IT environment is secure
3. monitoring the network and environmental controls, and responding to monitored problems
4. implementing the NRCB’s Change Management policy
5. completing data backup
6. conducting disaster recovery planning
7. managing IT interface with peripherals
The vendor will also provide special project services as required.

The contract may be extended on two occasions for up to a total of three years on each occasion.
