Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, symbol E, including sale and distribution to the Ordering Party's facilities according to the list attached as Appendix 9 to the SWZ. (2) The projected volume - over a period of 12 months - is 3,100,000 kWh to 14 consumption points. (3) The above-mentioned projected consumption of natural gas is indicative, serves only to calculate the offer price and compare offers, and may differ from the actual volume consumed during the term of the contract. It does not constitute an obligation for the Purchaser to purchase gas in the quantity indicated. Settlement of liabilities arising from the sale of gas will be made according to prices and rates of fees in the submitted offer and on the basis of actual indications of the measurement system . The quality parameters of gaseous fuels are regulated by the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 2, 2010 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system and the Polish Standards.
1 The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2024 is 3100000 kWh. 2. at the same time, the Employer informs that the minimum value of gas consumption during the delivery period will be 2480000 kWh. 3. details of the tariff group, estimated gas consumption in the period of contract performance, specifying the part of the fuel with tariff protection , contracted power for individual consumption points are specified in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 4 The Ordering Party informs that the provisions of the Act of January 26, 2022 on special solutions for the protection of customers of gaseous fuels in connection with the situation in the gas market shall apply in this proceeding . (5) The Contractor, based on the power of attorney granted by the Contracting Authority, will be required to: 1) Notify, on behalf of themselves and the Ordering Party, the comprehensive contracts to the relevant DSO in order to carry out the procedure for changing the seller in accordance with applicable regulations, 2) Represent the Ordering Party before the DSO in the process of changing the seller. 6 The Ordering Party currently holds a comprehensive agreement for the sale of gas fuel with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 3 Jana Kazimierza St., for a definite period until 31.01.2023. The gas distribution system operator is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o with its seat in Tarnów, 16 Wojciech Bandrowskiego Street, 33-100 Tarnów. 7 The Ordering Party informs that it is exempt from excise tax on gas products for heating purposes on the basis of Article 31b paragraph 2 of the Excise Tax Act of December 6, 2008 . 8. a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the SWZ.
