Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of gas to a total of 25 offtake points in the city of Mayen with delivery commencing on January 1, 2024, 06:00 hrs until January 01, 2026, 06:00 hrs. The gas supply contract thus has a fixed term of 2 years. The individual offtake points incl. the respective annual consumption for the year 2022 are listed in the annex "offtake points". With the award of the contract, a gas supply contract is concluded with the customer for the named offtake points. The expected volume of the tender is 1,736,020 kWh /year X 2 years plus 10% security surcharge. Thus, the maximum call-off volume to be supplied at the natural gas price agreed in accordance with the price sheet over the entire term of the contract (incl. 10% tolerance range) is 3,819,244 kWh. Thus, the maximum call-off volume to be supplied at the natural gas price agreed in accordance with the price sheet over the entire term of the contract (incl. 10% tolerance range) is 3,819,244 kWh.The consumption and performance values stated in the annex "offtake points" and in the price sheet merely represent an orientation framework or the anticipated call-off volume and are not binding offtake volumes or sizes. No minimum purchase quantity shall be agreed. If the Customer requires more natural gas than the quantities specified in the annexes, the Contractor shall provide this within a quantity tolerance band of up to + 10% in relation to the total delivery quantity at the contractually agreed natural gas price and deliver it to the points of delivery. The natural gas shall comply with the published requirements of the respective network operator with regard to its quality, its chemical composition and its physical and combustion characteristics. The gas supplied within the framework of the concluded contract must contain at least a 10% share of biogas (in relation to the total quantity).Details are regulated in the service description and in the natural gas supply contract.
