1 The supply of natural gas is to be provided for the building of the GDDKiA Road Laboratory and the building of the Racula Road District located in Zielona Gora, 6 Racula - Wierzbowa Street.2. Order execution date:- the start of the contract execution by supplying natural gas shall be after the Supplier has carried out the procedure for changing the seller within no more than 30 days from the date of signing the contract,- the end of the contract execution after 36 months counting from the date of supplying natural gas or after the contract amount has been used.3. Consumption point number: 8018590365500019044731.4. Metering system: type of gas meter G 25 N - 1 piece, meter number: 05834769.5. Gas fuel pressure at the point of supply and offtake: 2.5 kPa.6. Contract power: 330 kwh/h.7. Type of fuel:GZ-41.5 nitrogenated natural gas according to the standard: PN-C-04750 subgroup Lw.8.The customer is classified, in accordance with the rules contained in the Tariff, in the tariff group of the Distribution System Operator LW - 5.1 appropriate for the place of natural gas consumption.9.Purpose of use of gas fuel:a) space heating,b) production of domestic hot water.10.The projected annual consumption is expected to be 493,138 kWh.
