Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply - including sales and distribution services - of high-methane natural gas of E symbol in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020, with a total projected volume of 45,266,816 kWh to 5 off-take points. Total contracted capacity up to 5 off-take points is 17 011 kWhThe detailed list of off-take points is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the ToRTerm Sheet. In order to determine the forecast gas consumption in kWh, a conversion factor of 11.25 has been adopted for the estimated quantity of 4 023 717 m3.2. A reduction or increase in the volume of gas does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party (gas consumer), except for the necessity to pay for the actually consumed volume of gas and the transmission service in accordance with the applicable Operator's Tariff. Supplies and distribution services provided on the basis of a comprehensive agreement will be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 and its implementing provisions and in accordance with the provisions of the DSO Tariff. The quality parameters of gas fuels are regulated by the provisions of the Energy Law Act, executive acts (in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system, the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 10 January 2017 amending the Regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system) and Polish Standards.
