The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E (GZ-50) with a pressure of: minimum 80,00kPa, maximum 350,00kPa, to one outlet point for the needs of the boiler house of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, operating on a year-round basis, according to the rules specified in these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as "the siwz" and the model contract attached as Appendix No. 4 to the siwz.2.The subject matter of the contract is described by the following names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): main subject: 09.12.30.00-7 - natural gas, 65.21.00.00-8 - gas transmission.3. 1) The Ordering Party forecasts the consumption of gaseous fuel in individual months of the calendar year in quantity:Month Forecast consumption of natural gas in individual months of the calendar year in kWh January 1 850 000 February 1 600 000 March 1 500 000 April 1 100 000 May 800 000 June 600 000 July 600 000 July 600 000 August 600 000 September 800 000 October 1 200 000 November 1 500 000 December 1 850 000 December 1 850 000 Total 14 000 000 0002) The consumption of gaseous fuel specified in point 1 in individual months of a calendar year is only a forecast and does not constitute an obligation to purchase gaseous fuel in a given quantity in a given calendar month.4Gas characteristics of the facility: 1) Tariff group - with respect to fuel supply: W-6A, with respect to fuel distribution: W-6.1;2) Place of supply and off-take of gaseous fuel - Regional Hospital in Bielsko-Biała Al. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała - off-take point PL0030000342;3) Purpose of use of gaseous fuel: gaseous fuel is intended for heating purposes. 6 of the Act of 6 December 2008 on Excise Duty (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 864, as amended);4) Type and output of gas consumers: gas boiler - 3300 kW - 3 pcs.5) Order power for the purpose of calculation of the offer price: 4169 kWh/h.
