This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of natural gas and associated services, within the framework of a group of orders. The purpose is to conclude, on behalf of the members, a framework agreement for :The supply of natural gas for the delivery points (Pdl) of the members of the order grouping,the coverage of storage obligations;The invoicing, including the transmission of invoices in Electronic Data Interchange (Edi) and the assumption of responsibility for relations with the Distribution System Operator within the framework of a single contract, to the public distribution network;The mission of balance responsible in accordance with Article L. 431-3 of the Energy Code;The mandatory services described in the Special Administrative ClausesThe present contract is a multi-awarded framework agreement with a subsequent contract, meeting the following conditions:Minimum annual amount: no minimum annual amountMaximum annual amount: 50,000,000 EUR excluding VAT per annumEstimated consumption data CAR: 90,000 Mwh/AnThe subsequent contracts will be awarded in accordance with the conditions set out in the SCC. They will indicate precisely the identification of the PDLs, the number and location of the connection points and the transmission tariff. The Supply is planned to start on January 1, 2024.As an indication, two subsequent contracts are planned:o1st subsequent contract for a supply period 2024 and 2025, launched in 2023o2nd subsequent contract for a supply period 2026 and 2027, launched in 2025
