Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane gas fuel within the meaning of and in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), including the sale and distribution to the boiler room to COS- OPO in Spale in the estimated amount of : 20,733,300 kWh in the period from 01.01.2024r. to 31.12.2025r. 2.The detailed manner of execution of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.ie: 3.Ordered power: 350 m3/h, 3840kWh/h (with conversion factor: 10.97) 4.Estimated consumption for a period of 12 months: 945,000 m3; 10,366,650 kWh/year 5.Gas pressure: not less than 1.8 kPa 6.Estimated annual consumption - monthly summary: Table : Rozd.VI ust.1 pkt.5 SWZ,
7.The customer is classified in tariff group BW-6, OSD: W-6A.1_WA, one point of consumption. Number of hours during the term of the contract: 8760/year. OSD: Mazowiecka Spółka Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Lodz Gas Plant Branch. The current fuel supplier is PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o Warsaw, the contract is valid until 31.12.2023.8.The Contractor is required to have a current (in the case of Contractors who do not own a distribution network) signed agreement with a Distribution System Operator (DSO) for the provision of natural gas distribution services, or have (in the case of Contractors who own a distribution network) a current license to conduct business in the distribution of natural gas issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office based on the Act of 10.04.1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, i.e.).
