Description
In accordance with the provisions of Article XXXII of the NATO Financial Regulations and Financial Rules and Procedures for the NATO International Staff (IS), we are pleased to inform you that the RFP stated above has been issued by the NATO IS Procurement Service.
The main purpose of the request for proposal (RFP) is to award a single contract for the provision of cyber defence training to all North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) entities. NATO IS will be main user and sponsor of the contract but the resulting contract may be used to support other NATO entities such as the NATO International Military Staff (IMS), NATO Agencies and NATO Independent Offices.
The objective of this procurement action is to acquire cyber security training services from one organisation with extensive experience in the cyber security training field. The services will enhance NATO’s cybersecurity staff skills and supplement threat situational awareness and network defence NATO-wide, providing deep knowledge and understanding of current threat actor behaviours and ways to anticipate, identify, respond and mitigate incidents.
The contract is based on a firm fixed-price contract type.
