Description
These services are wanted for NATO Command Structure (NCS) and non-NCS entities
You should be able to provide on-site and off-site support to the HRDS Programme in 3 areas:
- lot a is for business support services
- lot b is for technical support services
- lot c is for data security support services
The HRDS system to be supported include:
- Automated Personnel Management System (APMS) based on Allocate Software's Allocate Defence Suite (ADS)
- Establishment Review Tool (ERT), a bespoke system based on Python code
- ACO/ACT & Missions Identification System (AMIS), based upon Creative Information Technology Inc's manage lD Suite
- NATO system for Tracking Entitlements and Privileges (NSTEP)
- NATO Performance Management System (NPMS) the Integrated Security and in-processing System (ISIPS), a bespoke system based upon VB6 and .NET technologies
- NATO Installation Access Control System (NIACS)
Services wanted include development and maintenance of components of the HRDS systems including:
- Microsoft SOL database objects
- SOL reporting services reports
- .NET-based code and workflows
- SHAREPOINT 2013 version and above
- MS Office Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
You personnel should have a least NATO SECRET security clearance.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be issued with a declaration of eligibility and NATO will contact you directly with more information.
