High Voltage & Short Circuit Laboratory, NTDC, Rawat, Islamabad ?the Purchaser? invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure? from renowned manufacturers, suppliers, or authorized distributors registered with Income Tax & Sale Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of following equipment.

1. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions and Technical Specifications etc. are available at the Office of the Chief Engineer (HV&SC) Lab, NTDC, Rawat, Islamabad. Bidding Documents can also be downloaded from http://www.ntdc.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk free of cost for working only.

2. Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 2,000 (Pak Rupees Two thousand only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be in the form of pay order, bank draft or banker?s/cashier?s cheque in favour of Chief Engineer (HV&SC) Lab, NTDC.

3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an amount not less than 2 % of the Total Bid Price in format prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

4. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach to the office of Chief Engineer (HV&SC) Lab, NTDC, Chakbeli Road, Rawat Islamabad on or before 11:00 hours, Pakistan Standard Time 8th December , 2024. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30hours in the Conference Room.

5. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any time prior to contract award. All the relevant information can be obtained from the office of Chief Engineer (HV&SC) Lab. Rawat, Islamabad in office hours or telephonically before the tender opening date.
