Description of Work :
ISC has a requirement for the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human resources, and Instructional/ Training resources in support of the functional development, maintenance and production support for RO’s Systems and CFS’s DMS System (referenced as “the Systems”), as well as any new systems that may come under development, and related work.
It is expected that these systems will continue to enhance the Department’s ability to manage its programs and report on results in a timely fashion without increasing recipients’ reporting burden, improving services to clients, and gaining internal efficiency.
As a result, ISC requires 15 specialized resource categories at various levels.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
Security Requirement:
SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER: PWGSC FILE No. 1000220858
1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET , with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of SECRET , issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED/PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET , granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
3. The Contractor MUST NOT utilize its Information Technology systems to electronically process, produce or store any sensitive CLASSIFIED/PROTECTED information until the CSP, PWGSC has issued written approval. After approval has been granted, these tasks may be performed at the level of SECRET .
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.
5. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
(a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex _ ’’C’’ _;
(b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
