Description
You should be able to provide the implementation and operation of the National Digital Identity (NDI) operations.
You can bid for 1 of the following options:
- option 1: category A
- option 2: category A plus B
- option 3: category A plus B plus optional services
Category A is for call centre help desk and courier services
Category B is for operations team, technical support team, reliability engineering specialist team, SecOps specialist team, billing and administration team, governance and compliance team, service management team, pin mailer and Short Messaging Services (SMS) optional services - software engineer specialist team
