Description

1. National Database & Registration Authority invites sealed bids for Procurement of PRE-PERSONALIZED POLYCORBONATE SMART CARDS (As per Bidding Documents) through International Competitive Bidding. In case of National / Local Firm, firm must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration and must be on active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue.

2. The bidding documents contain detailed specification, Instruction, conditions and forms for participating in the bid. The bidding documents are available on NADRA official website for the interested bidders which can be viewed and downloaded from tenders.nadra.gov.pk free of cost.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 1100 hours on 10th October, 2024. Bids will be opened on same day at 1130 hours. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
4. Only OEM/Authorized Rep with Authorization Letter may participate in the pre-bid meeting. Bidders are requested to forward written queries (if any) well before time so that the same will be answered in the pre-bid meeting.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
