Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (“the Counties”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Provision of Certified Foot Care Nurse or Chiropodist Services, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFP PARTICULARS (the “Deliverables”) of the Tender Document. Maple View Lodge, located in Athens, Ontario, is a municipal long-term care facility for sixty (60) residents owned and operated by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The facility is comprised of two (2) Resident Home Areas each with thirty (30) beds each.
