Description

The object of this tender procedure is the delivery, installation and commissioning as well as the regular maintenance of audio/video technology equipment for the meeting rooms in the KBV I building of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung).the following key requirements for the technology to be offered:- integration of modern, wireless devices,- reliable transmission of digital interfaces (HDMI, Displayport) to the image-reproducing projectors and displays,- it must be possible to manage the media technology offered via the central server for control and monitoring.The following requirements must be taken into account when selecting the solutions:- the technology must be stable, both in terms of operational safety and mechanical construction, in order to survive in everyday lecture situations,- the technology must guarantee a good-quality presentation of image and sound, in order not to feel any deterioration in comparison with normal listening and viewing habits,- the technology must be state-of-the-art,- the technology should be easily expandable to future standards,- the technology should allow the transmission of currently common analogue and digital interfaces (HDMI, display port, etc.),- the technology should be able to transmit data via the Internet without any great effort.) to the performing media,- the technology should enable the transmission of high resolutions (up to 2K, prepared for 4K) to the performing media.
