Description
The subject of the services to be awarded are engineering services in accordance with § 53 ff. HOAI for LPH 2 and, after further commissioning, LPH 3 or 4 (if required by construction law) as well as LPH 5-9 in a further commissioning step for AG 8. It is planned to commission individual or several service phases in stages. According to an initial cost estimate, the expected chargeable costs for the aforementioned plant groups are approx. 0.68 million euros net. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approx. 27 million ? net.The MPI for Evolutionary Anthropology researches the history of mankind, among other things by means of comparative analyses of genes in the institute building erected in 2003 at the Deutsches Platz in Leipzig. The extension now to be planned, which is to be connected to the existing building, comprises approx. 1,760 m² (NUF 1-6) with a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 4,000 m² with the following uses (approx. areas): 310 m² clean room area, clean room class 7 (DIN EN ISO 14664-1)/300 m² installation areas for deep freezers/300 m² laboratory areas biolog. Standard laboratories: S1 and S2/100 m² server rooms/300 m² office and meeting rooms/450 m² auxiliary and storage rooms. In addition, there are 130 m² of NUF 7 areas, 680 m² of technical areas and further circulation areas. A potential extension of the building must be taken into account. The planned site currently serves as a parking lot and is only partially developed. The building automation system to be installed must control and regulate all sub-systems of the building. This includes the heating system, ventilation systems, cooling systems and other systems, whereby self-sufficient subsystems must be integrated. Messages from the laboratory and electrical engineering areas must also be integrated. The BACnet-IP standard is mandatory. A physically separate network must be set up for the building automation. The entire building automation system of the extension must be integrated into the management level of the main building. The planning of the integration is part of the service to be awarded. The initial mass calculations are based on 800 to 1,000 physical data points. Sustainability: The extension must achieve a ?SILVER? sustainability standard according to BNB. Among other things, a photovoltaic system, highly efficient heat recovery for ventilation systems and commissioning management (not part of this procedure) are to be implemented. Other: The Max Planck Society intends to make use of the simplified approval procedure for building type E. All measures (interim) that are necessary to keep the respective part of the building in operation usable during construction must also be planned. The Max Planck Society attaches great importance to applicants being able to demonstrate profound knowledge in the construction of comparable research buildings. The planning must take economic aspects and sustainability criteria into account. By submitting the application for participation, the applicants declare that they are able to provide the services within the specified timeframe and that they have the necessary expertise. period and have the necessary technical and human resources. Total duration: vss60 months (without LPH 9) Start: vss. 05/2025 (after award of the VgV procedure) End: vss. 05/30
