The Mount Compass recreation park is located alongside Haywood Ct, Waye Ct, Anderson Ct and Ekers Ct in Mount Compass within the Alexandrina Council district area.
The project works include installing a new single compartment facility, with associated services, that complies with DDA standards, building codes and trends including accessibility, gender neutral consideration, baby change facilities and energy efficient systems.
Council are seeking to engage a building contractor to undertake all works involved in the construction of the new build as per the drawings, plans and specifications provided including preliminaries, material supply, construction and installation, testing and commissioning.
