Description

This invitation to tender is being issued in accordance with the procedure: open invitation to tender - Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 of the Code de la commande publique. The purpose of the consultation is as follows: the purpose of this framework agreement is to supply an interoperable electronic toll collection system for certain class 3 and 4 heavy goods vehicles (TIS PL) of the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolitan area on the French motorway network. This electronic toll system will be used exclusively on the Escota network of the Alpes-Maritimes department. It also provides for the provision of a secure Internet customer area.
Framework agreement with mini order forms: 100 000,00 EUR. Maxi: 435,000.00 EUR. Value in EUR (excl. VAT). Duration (excluding renewal): 48 months. Start of the contract: on notification of the contract. The time limit for the performance of each service is indicated in the order form or, where appropriate, in the CCTP.
