This contract notice relates to the purchase of light vehicles (< 3.5 t).SNCF is launching a consultation to reference companies that will be able to supply light vehicles of different categories, both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles and of all types of energy.In 2019, the five companies in the SNCF group acquired more than 200 vehicles.During the period, each light vehicle purchase requirement will be the subject of a request for a subsequent market quotation from all or some of the referenced suppliers in order to define the order recipient.At the same time, SNCF will issue a contract notice relating to the conditions for long-term leasing for an estimated volume of 6,000 leasing contracts per year.Thus, the suppliers selected to purchase vehicles will be able to benefit from all or part of the requirements announced for long-term leasing and must undertake to ensure that the long-term leasing companies benefit from the conditions offered to SNCF.

A hydrogen vehicle uses chemical transformation as propulsion energy. The number of hydrogen vehicles is estimated at two per year.
