Description

The purpose of this contract notice is to conclude four framework agreements with purchase orders covering fire safety and personal assistance for railway establishments and overall surveillance (fire and security) for RATP's tertiary establishments.The allotment is as follows:- lot 1: fire safety and personal assistance services - railway establishments;- lot 2: fire safety and personal assistance services - railway establishments;- lot 3: overall supervision (fire and security) of tertiary buildings;- lot 4: overall supervision (fire and security) of tertiary buildings.
The purpose of this lot is to provide fire surveillance services for RATP's railway establishments at approximately six stations. It represents approximately 126,000 hours per year (estimate provided for information and not contractual). It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts:- the minimum amount corresponds to the nominal amount -10%;- the maximum amount corresponds to the nominal amount +20%. The purpose of this lot is to provide fire surveillance services for RATP's railway establishments at approximately six stations. It represents approximately 124,000 hours per year (estimate provided for information only and not contractual). It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts:- the minimum amount corresponds to the nominal amount -10%;- the maximum amount corresponds to the nominal amount +20%. The purpose of this contract is to provide global surveillance services (fire and security) for tertiary establishments, under a management mandate from RATP Real Estate, a subsidiary of RATP, on approximately 21 sites. It represents approximately 188,000 hours per year (estimate provided for information only and not contractual) and is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount:- the minimum amount corresponds to the nominal amount -30%;- the maximum amount corresponds to the nominal amount +30%. The purpose of this lot is to provide global surveillance services (fire and security) for tertiary establishments. This framework agreement concerns the Tier 2 subsidiary, SEDP2. SEDP2 is the subsidiary of RATP Real Estate, which is itself an RATP subsidiary, and covers approximately three sites. It represents approximately 64,000 hours per year (estimate provided for information purposes only and not contractual). It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts:- the minimum amount corresponds to the nominal amount -30%;- the maximum amount corresponds to the nominal amount +30%.
