Batch 1 corresponds to:- the realization of fixed-price services of operation, maintenance, checks of good functioning and data transmission of fixed and mobile cameras;- the realization of punctual services of maintenance/troubleshooting of mobile cameras.to this batch 1, an alternative compulsory variant 1 has been created. It should be noted that the total migration of the sites cannot take place as soon as the market comes into effect, and that a maximum of one year of operation will be maintained. In this respect, the response to the basic offer is mandatory for a better management and coordination of the migration from a fixed to a nomadic system. Batch 2 corresponds to on-demand services for the deployment of new nomadic cameras, including possible maintenance services on request on the unit price list. The term "nomadic" camera refers to a video surveillance installation that allows CLMH to move it easily and quickly according to its needs and the problems encountered.This system must make it possible to record the activity at this location for a period of 30 days in a secure and encrypted manner, but also to retrieve these recordings easily via Wifi or the 3G/4G network or any other means that does not require a wired connection to the recording system.
