United States - MoDOT Statewide Aerial Inspection and Limited Repairs Qualified Vendor List

Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to establish a Qualified Vendors List for acquiring inspections and limited repair services for aerials, digger derricks, and cranes for MoDOT owned equipment to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period is from the date of the fully executed resulting agreement through June 30, 2027, with up to two (2) one-year renewals. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If a Bidder intends to submit a hard copy bid, the buyer of record must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept proposals responses by email.
