Description

As part of a rationalization of its technical and administrative activities related to mobile devices, RTBF wishes to contract with an efficient partner specialized in the management of mobile fleets (smartphones and tablets) in a complete way, namely the supply of equipment and the management of its complete life cycle.RTBF makes the choice to go through leasing in order to supply its mobile fleet (phones and tablets). The leases can be for two different durations: 24 months, 36 months, or the employees can choose between the two durations (see section I. part I.2).The current fleet is estimated at 1,000 devices (950 smartphones and 50 tablets) (24-month rolling renewal).The following elements are also included in this market:- insurance (option required),- shells and screen protectors,- possible roll out process (option required),- direct purchase of a few telephones (approx. 20 per year) and tablets (approx. 10 per year), without the need for leasing, is also part of this market.
