CENTRE D'ACQUISITONS GOUVERNEMENTALES acts as an agent for health and social service establishments.
The CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") is legally constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (RLRQ, chapter C-7.01).
PURPOSE
L'ORGANISME PUBLIC is requesting bids for the Mobile fluoroscopy unit - Flat detector, its accessories, as well as the maintenance contract for the benefit of participating establishments located in the delivery regions covered by this notice.
INFORMATION SESSION
An information session will be held on April 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. BIDDERS interested in attending are invited to confirm their attendance by e-mail to victoria.chalifour@cag.gouv.qc.ca. A link will be sent to interested parties prior to the virtual meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to answer bidders' questions on any aspect of the call for tenders. Failure to attend will not serve as an excuse or pretext for any errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of any TENDER or SUPPLIER.
CONTRACT DURATION AND DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS
With respect to the acquisition of equipment and accessories :
The Contract will cover a 3-year period.
With respect to the Maintenance Contract:
The Contract will commence at the end of the warranty year and will be for a period of ELEVEN (11) years with no option to extend.
This tender package includes technical training for GBM and maintenance contracts.
