This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W3555-214693/A dated 2020-12-29 with a closing of 2021-02-1-15 at 2PM PST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
REQUIREMENT:
Government of Canada has a requirement for one (1) Mobile Articulating Boom Lift to be used at Fleet Maintenance Facility CAPE BRETON (FMF CB). This unit is to be used to work on Royal Canadian Navy ships while they are in the drydock (e.g. welding, hull cleaning, etc.), and for doing maintenance/repairs on plant equipment (e.g. overhead cranes, dust collectors, etc.).

There is also an option to purchase up to an additional 24 months of parts and labour warranty, as outlined in Annex A and Annex B.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
