Description

The subject of the agreement is the provision of logistic services consisting in servicing business trips of domestic and foreign employees and persons indicated by the Ordering Party, in particular reservation and purchase of airline, railway, bus and ferry tickets, reservation and purchase of accommodation in hotels, rental of means of transport, transfer, completion of visa formalities, purchase of insurance. The Contractor shall provide the Orderer with an Internet platform for managing reservations, which shall enable the Orderer to book hotels, as well as air and rail tickets, domestic and foreign, as well as to change or cancel them. The detailed safety requirements for the platform are set out in the Annex to the Agreement.
