Description

The present contract is for project management services for the closure of the three north wings on the first floor of the Hall A building on the François Mitterrand site of the Dijon-Burgundy University Hospital, as part of a wider project to reorganize the first floor level, with priority given to the extension of the control room and the crisis room, which can only be completed once the closure and development of the east redan have been completed.To bring this project to fruition, the CHU wishes to call on the services of an external project manager, who will provide an architectural, technical and economic response to the program defined by the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Dijon-Bourgogne.The work will be carried out as follows: -Firm phase (closure of the West redan, closure of the Centre redan and closure and redevelopment of the West redan): 9 months - Conditional phase 1 (redevelopment of the Centre redan): 6 months - Conditional phase 2 (redevelopment of the East redan): 6 months.
